I did have a nagging worry that after almost 6 months of being down it would have expired or something, but when I logged onto SixXS.net all my details and credits were still there. Nice. And a quick /etc/init.d/aiccu start on the Gentoo box and I was ping6-ing happily.

Next step was to browse their  page of “cool stuff”. And what do you know there were some additions to the list of audio streams available on ipv6, including Virgin Radio. Also turns out iTunes has built in ipv6 support. Who knew! So as I type this I’m listening to the 32k ipv6 unicast stream of Virgin Radio. Nice. Wish I had enough bandwidth to manage the 128k stream. But we can’t have everything I suppose.
