Overdue update (briefly)

» Friday night: Saw Ayọ in concert. WOW! – This woman is an incredible musical talent that my amazing girlfriend recently introduced me too. And she put on an absolutely amazing show. Discovering new artists is one of my favourite things. If you like any kind of Afro-bluesey stuff, do yourself a favour and check out some Ayọ tracks. Awesome stuff.

» Have some tough decision making to do at the moment. But that’s not for blogging.

» Had a perfect “promenade” (stroll) on the beach and stopped to look at the sunset and boats in Grand Baie. Just one of those perfect life moments.

» Back in the rhythm of regular gym. Regular, but still too infrequent. Need to step things up a bit.

» Planned to write more, but need to get back to work
